  • These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of www.akfoodequipments.in and purchases made from AK SERVICE AND FOOD EQUIPMENTS (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the site, placing an order, or making any payment, the buyer agrees to these Terms and to all posted policies referenced herein.
  • Buyers must be legally competent to contract under Indian law. If an account is offered, information provided must be accurate and kept secure; activity under the account is the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Product descriptions, specifications, images, features, and prices are indicative and may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice.
  • Updates or changes to price or product details (before or after an order is placed) do not entitle the buyer to any refund, return, exchange, or order cancellation.

  • Minor variations in color/finish or non-functional aesthetics may occur due to manufacturing updates, photography, display settings, or batch differences and do not constitute misrepresentation.

  • In the event of a clear listing/price/specification error or product unavailability identified by the company, the order may be corrected or canceled at the company’s discretion; if canceled by the company, any prepaid amount for the affected portion will be refunded.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance at the company’s sole discretion. Orders may be declined or canceled, in whole or in part, for reasons including unavailability, operational or logistics constraints, pricing or listing errors, unverifiable or high‑risk orders, payment issues, compliance reasons, or force majeure.
  • Acceptance typically occurs via order confirmation or dispatch communication.
  • Buyer-initiated cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances; orders are non-cancellable by the buyer and are not eligible for return or refund for any reason.
  • The company may cancel any order at any time without prior notice; where a prepaid order is canceled by the company, the corresponding refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 1 week of cancellation confirmation, with final credit timing subject to banking/payment partner processing.
